Trust Across Borders: Kazakhstani Data Center Client Visits Our Company
October 30, 2025
In the initial meeting, our product and supply chain teams addressed the client’s needs for equipment stability and weather resistance, and detailed product strengths. They also explained delivery assurance plans (e.g., supply chain reserves, priority scheduling) in response to the client’s top concern over lead times. In-depth talks on low-temperature performance and emergency response led to the client’s initial approval.
Later, the client visited our production base to check the three products’ manufacturing and quality control processes. Upon learning we have a "green channel" for overseas orders (prioritizing key parts procurement and assembly), they expressed greater confidence, noting: "Past delays hurt our projects, but your standardized production and clear delivery measures boost our willingness to cooperate."
The visit helped the client fully understand our product performance, production capacity, and delivery support. We will follow up on order details to advance cooperation and lay the groundwork for long-term partnership.
